We will not tolerate any abusive, threatening or patronising behaviour. Failure to do so will result in refusal of ongoing business exchanges and/or cancellation of your order.
Turn Around Service
All sales are final. All sales are printed, manufactured and processed to order and takes 2-3weeks to print and process, plus shipping. Do not contact us during this time for an update on your order. During sales and or promotions you can expect a 7day delay on our turn around due to volumes received. Please allow additional delays for this time frame.
We highly recommend that you review your cart/order prior to payment to ensure you have selected the correct size/design and fabric choice. Graceland Designs International cannot add new orders to existing orders and cannot combine shipping. All orders are processed individually on a daily basis and processed individually per cart collection.
Misprints, Defects and Incorrect Designs Received – yes human error is natural!
We recommend checking your drop as soon as it arrives and if your product is damaged, misprinted or if we have shipped the incorrect design by mistake. Please contact us via email with images for review by Graceland Designs International of the defect or misprint within 72 hours of receiving your order or the sale will remain final.
We will send you a new one if required and ask that you return your original order (Graceland Designs International will reimburse the return postage on a case by case scenario).

Our Print Production
Although we highly pride ourselves in the quality of our print products, printing conditions may vary during manufacturing due to weather conditions and fabric choices. Designs may vary from the colour on your screen and . Slight colour variations are not eligible for returns.
Colour Variations – design prints will differ in colour, tone and saturation if printed to different fabric. For example, a “Williams” neoprene rubber floor mat will have a different colour profile, saturation and tone versus “Williams” EASIFRAME® sleeve insert.
PLEASE NOTE – the same design choice to the same fabric printed during different print runs will also differ in colour, tone and saturation. If you wish to have the same design with the same tones, saturation and colour then you must order from the same print run simultaneously. Graceland Designs International will not be held accountable for any difference in tones, colours or saturation if ordered separately. The dye sublimation inks are a disperse dye suspended in a liquid solvent, like water. The images are initially printed on coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature around 180 to 210 C (375 F).
Images seen online by other photographers in-use may be edited by the photographers in their own unique style however the images on display and are there to give a general idea of what the design will look like in studio. Graceland Designs International design images will vary due to the photographer’s lighting and editing techniques.
Changing your order or making adjustments
We do not allow adjustments, cancellations or combinations after an order has been in processed.
Please do not schedule photo shoots based on our turnaround times, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. We repeat DO NOT ORDER A DESIGN FOR A PARTICULAR SHOOT – WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE SAFELY THEN SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION ACCORDINGLY.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Customs & Vat Surcharges
Your country’s de minimis value determines if local customs will assess a duty or tax on your shipment. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping). Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier. Please contact your local post office to determine if your country is eligible.
